A standard cleaning involves the removal of plaque, tartar, oral bacteria, stains, and odors from the surfaces of the teeth and along gum line with water and vibration. A medication solution (irrigation) is placed along gums to eliminate bacteria and odor. We also clean the tongue, as it can harbor bacteria that contribute to bad breath. Additionally, we provide detailed oral hygiene instructions for at-home care to maintain healthy gums and long-term oral wellness.


Moderate Cleaning

Starting at $165

A moderate cleaning is a focused dental procedure that removes plaque, tartar, and odor both above and beneath the gum line to treat developing gum disease and restore periodontal health. A medicated solution (irrigation) is placed below the gum line to kill bacteria and odors. Includes tongue cleaning to remove bacteria and odor from tongue. A follow up appointment will be scheduled to polish teeth and check healing of gums.

Advanced Cleaning

A deep cleaning, also known as scaling and root planing (SRP), is a comprehensive dental procedure aimed at removing plaque, tartar, and odor from both above and beneath the gumline to effectively treat gum disease. A medicated solution (irrigation) is placed beneath the gum line to kill bacteria and odor. Includes tongue cleaning to remove bacteria and odor from tongue. This treatment not only increases oral health, but whole-body wellness. This treatment will prevent the progression of gum disease that may lead to tooth loss.
